Connecting QuickBooks
QuickBooks connects with Intuit OAuth through an app you register free on the Intuit Developer portal. Paste its Client ID and secret into the Connect form once, then sign in.
- 1Register an app on the Intuit Developer portal (it is free) and copy its Client ID and secret; the Connect form links to the setup steps.
- 2Paste them into the Connect form under Settings → Secrets → Credentials and sign in to your Intuit account once. Cronable stores the tokens encrypted and refreshes the short-lived access token automatically.
- 3Your company ID is captured when you connect, so no job needs it.

Yes. It runs QuickBooks queries against your company, reads company info and calls other Accounting API paths with a custom request.
Can it write to QuickBooks?
The built-in write is creating a customer. Other writes, such as creating an invoice, go through a custom POST request that you set up explicitly.
How does Cronable connect to QuickBooks?
