Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Jefe Digital Pte. Ltd., the company behind Cronable, covering your use of our website, your Cronable account, and the Cronable software you install and run yourself.

Last updated July 20, 2026

Please read them. By creating an account, subscribing, or installing Cronable, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

Who we are

Cronable is operated by Jefe Digital Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore with UEN 201601734E and a registered office at 2 Havelock Road, #06-01, Havelock II, Singapore 059763. In these terms, 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean Jefe Digital, and 'you' means the person or organisation using Cronable.

You can reach us any time at sales@cronable.ai.

What Cronable is

Cronable is a self-hosted AI job orchestrator. You subscribe to a plan, download an installer, and run the software on your own computer or server (macOS, Windows or Linux). It schedules and runs jobs, chains them into pipelines, and can drive AI agents using accounts and tools you connect yourself.

Because Cronable runs entirely on your own infrastructure, the secret and credential values your jobs use, and the accounts you connect, stay on your machine. The software does not send them to us on its own, and we cannot reach into your install to read them. It makes only a few routine outbound calls — a periodic licence check that reports simple counts (such as how many jobs and users your install has) and a check for new releases; neither carries the content of your work. Two optional features add a connection to our hosted relay, and the relay is a pipe rather than a store: with inbound webhooks, the events other services send you pass through it; with remote control, your dashboard traffic passes through it, which while it is in transit includes what you are looking at and anything you type into the remote dashboard — a new secret value included. We do not retain either. Leave both off and nothing of yours touches our infrastructure. The one other part of Cronable that can send your content off your machine is the built-in AI Assistant when you use its hosted option — we set that out plainly under 'Your AI accounts, and the built-in Assistant' below, and in our Privacy Policy.

The service and the software licence

There are two parts to what we provide. The first is the service we host: this website, your account, and the customer portal where you manage your subscription, billing and licence. The second is the Cronable software itself, which you download and run on your own infrastructure under a licence.

The software is licensed, not sold. Your right to use it is set out in these terms and summarised in plain language in our licence summary. Keeping your subscription active keeps the licence active. This is a proprietary, commercial product: you get the right to use it, not to own or redistribute it.

Who can use Cronable

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us promptly at sales@cronable.ai if you think someone else has gained access to your account.

You are responsible for everything done under your account, and for making sure the people you invite to it follow these terms.

Subscriptions, billing and auto-renewal

Cronable is sold on a subscription. We offer self-serve plans — Basic, Plus and Business — and a sales-led Enterprise plan. Current prices, shown in US dollars, are on our pricing page.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly, unless we agree otherwise — until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for each renewal.

We use Stripe to process payments. Your card details are handled securely by Stripe, and we do not store your full card number. You agree to keep your billing details accurate and up to date.

If we change a plan's price, we will give you advance notice, and the new price will apply from your next billing period. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Prices are exclusive of taxes unless we say otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or similar charges that apply to your purchase, except for taxes on our own income.

You can cancel at any time from your account. How cancellation and refunds work — including the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and the UK — is set out in our Refund and Cancellation policy.

Your AI accounts, and the built-in Assistant

For the jobs you build, Cronable works with AI providers and other services that you connect using your own accounts, API keys and credentials. You bring your own — these are not routed through us, and there is no markup.

The built-in AI Assistant, which helps you create and edit jobs, is different, and you choose how it runs. Run it on your own AI provider key, or on your machine's own Claude CLI, and your conversation with it stays on your machine and is never routed through us. Or use the hosted Cronable Assistant — the zero-setup option we suggest by default on a licensed install — in which case your messages to it, together with the details it needs to help you — your jobs' configuration and non-secret variable values, the names (but never the values) of your secrets, and, when you ask it to look at a run, that run's history and its secret-masked output — are sent through Cronable to a third-party AI model provider that generates the replies. We record only how many messages you send, to apply your plan's daily allowance; we do not store the messages themselves, and your secret and credential values are never sent. Our Privacy Policy and Sub-processors page explain this in full.

Those third-party services are run by other companies under their own terms and pricing. You are responsible for your use of the services you connect, for any fees they charge, and for following their rules. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we are not liable for their availability, content, or actions.

Using Cronable responsibly

Cronable is a powerful tool that runs jobs and commands on your infrastructure. You are responsible for the jobs you create and for what they do.

Your use of Cronable must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: nothing unlawful, nothing that infringes other people's rights, and nothing that abuses systems you do not control.

Intellectual property

Cronable — including the software, this website, and our name, logo and branding — belongs to Jefe Digital or our licensors. We grant you a limited right to use it under these terms and the licence, and we keep all other rights.

Anything you create with Cronable — your jobs, your data, your outputs — is yours. We claim no ownership of it. It lives on your own infrastructure; apart from the limited job details you choose to share with the hosted AI Assistant (see our Privacy Policy), we never receive it.

Warranties and 'as is'

We work hard to make Cronable reliable, and updates ship signed and staged with automatic rollback. Even so, to the fullest extent the law allows, Cronable and this website are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under law that cannot be removed or limited. If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights — for example under Singapore's consumer protection law — that apply on top of these terms, and nothing here affects those rights.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of Cronable.

Our total liability to you for any claim connected with Cronable or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for your subscription in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your non-excludable statutory rights are unaffected.

Indemnity for business customers

If you use Cronable for business purposes, you agree to cover us for reasonable losses, damages and costs we incur from a third-party claim that arises because you broke these terms, misused Cronable, or infringed someone's rights. This does not apply to consumers using Cronable for personal purposes.

Data protection for business customers

If you are a business customer and we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies to that processing. It is available on request at privacy@cronable.ai and, where it applies, forms part of these terms.

Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material connected with our website or service infringes your copyright, email our designated agent at legal@cronable.ai with enough detail to identify the copyrighted work and the material in question, your contact details, and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorised. We review every notice we receive and respond as the law requires.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Cronable and cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your payment fails, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give you notice and a chance to put things right first.

When your subscription ends, your licence to use the software ends with it, and the software may stop running or updating. Your data stays on your infrastructure — it is yours to keep, export or delete, because we never held it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, to reflect new features or legal requirements. If we make a significant change, we will give you reasonable notice, such as by email or a notice on the website. If you keep using Cronable after a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and how disputes are handled

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If a dispute comes up, we would much rather sort it out quickly and fairly — so please contact us first at sales@cronable.ai, and we will do our best to resolve things directly.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over it. If you are a consumer living in another country, you may also be protected by the consumer laws of your home country that cannot be set aside by contract, and you may be able to bring your claim in your local courts.
