Acceptable Use Policy

Cronable is a powerful automation tool that runs on your own infrastructure. This policy sets out how you may and may not use it. It is part of our Terms of Service, and it is short and plain on purpose.

Last updated July 20, 2026

By using Cronable, you agree to these rules. Breaking them can lead to suspension or termination of your subscription.

Use it lawfully

Do not use Cronable to do anything illegal, or to help anyone else do so. This includes breaking the laws that apply to you, your business, or the people whose data you handle.

Respect other people's rights

Do not use Cronable to infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Only automate work with content, data and accounts you are allowed to use.

Do not attack or abuse systems you do not control

Cronable can send requests, run commands and connect to services. Point it only at systems you own or have clear permission to use. Do not use it to gain unauthorised access to any system, to overload or disrupt a service, to collect data against a provider's terms, or to get around anyone's security.

No reselling or hosting it for others

Your subscription is for you and your team to run Cronable on your own infrastructure. Do not resell, sublicense, rent, or offer Cronable to third parties as a hosted or managed service. If you would like to build something like that with us, talk to us at sales@cronable.ai.

Do not tamper with the licence

Do not copy, crack, reverse-engineer, or work around the software licence or the checks that keep it active, except to the limited extent the law expressly allows. Keep your licence and account credentials to yourself.

No malware, spam or abuse

Do not use Cronable to create or spread malware, to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or to harass, defraud, or harm others. Automation is for useful work, not for causing damage.

If something goes wrong

If we believe you are breaking this policy, we may suspend or end your access, as set out in our Terms of Service — and where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. If you spot abuse of Cronable, or you are not sure whether something is allowed, email us at abuse@cronable.ai.
